- 2. Fully submerge cucumbers and let marinate for 30 minutes

- 1. Mix nuts with sugar and water
- 2. Heat until crystalized, stirring continuously
- 3. Sprinkle with salt/optional seasoning and let cool

- 1. Steam Lotus Buns
- 2. Heat BBQ Sauce
- 3. Sear your protein of choice before coating in sauce and roasting in oven or cooking in turbochef
- 4. Assemble Bao bun and top with pickles, candied nuts, scallions, and microgreens
