The sous vide method ensures the ultimate in flavor, texture, nutrition, and safety. Each product is cooked in a vacuum-sealed pouch, eliminating unnecessary handling and ensuring that no nutrients or flavor can escape.

  • From Frozen

    Convection Oven: 66 minutes at 350°F
    Combi Oven: 75 minutes at 140°F / 30 minutes at 200°F
    Microwave: 10 minutes (1100 watts)

    From Thawed

    Convection Oven: 28 minutes at 350°F
    Microwave: 7–8 minutes (1100 watts)
    Combi Oven: 60 minutes at 140°F / 25 minutes at 200°F
