The sous vide method ensures the ultimate in flavor, texture, nutrition, and safety. Each product is cooked in a vacuum-sealed pouch, eliminating unnecessary handling and ensuring that no nutrients or flavor can escape.

  • From Frozen
    Conventional Oven:
    90 minutes at 375°F
    Water Immersion: 55 minutes at 180°F

    From Thawed
    Conventional Oven: 45 minutes at 375°F
    Water Immersion: 40 minutes at 180°F

  • Shred the meat and make tacos or BBQ beef sandwiches with creamy coleslaw. Or, cut the meat into chunks and make a comforting Pot au Feu.
