Reheating Instructions

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Open the pouch and place the Braised Oxtail with Soy Glaze Sauce into an oven-safe dish. Discard the plastic pouch and tray – do not use in your conventional oven.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Microwave

  1. Open the pouch and placed the Braised Oxtail with Soy Glaze Sauce into a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Discard the plastic pouch and tray.
  3. Cover dish with a clean paper towel and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Flip over the oxtail, cover with a clean paper towel and microwave for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Remove from the microwave and let rest for 1 minute before enjoying.
