A bright, crunchy Asian-style salad with flaky sweet chili-soy salmon over mixed greens, mandarin oranges, crisp cucumber, crunchy wonton strips, and mixed nuts — finished with a glossy sesame-soy dressing built from the salmon’s own glaze.
Preparation Instructions
Heat the salmon
Heat Cuisine Solutions Salmon in Sweet Chili Soy according to package instructions.
Carefully separate the salmon from the sweet chili-soy sauce; reserve the warm sauce for the dressing.
Whisk the dressing
Pour reserved sweet chili-soy sauce to a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in 3 tablespoons olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
Using a sauce from Cuisine Solution proteins is the easiest way to make a restaurant-grade dressing in 30 seconds. Make sure to whisk until it evenly combined.
Dress the greens
In a bowl with dressing toss 8 cups mixed salad greens, 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced, and 1 can mandarin orange segments (11 oz).
Mix the salad.
Plate and finish
Place a salmon fillet and a 1/4 of the salad on on each plate.
Scatter mixed nuts and crispy wonton strips over each salad.
