Reheating Instructions

Conventional Oven for Prime Rib

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Open pouch and place Prime Rib onto an oven-safe dish. Discard the plastic pouch and tray–do not use in your conventional oven.

3. Place the Prime Rib in the oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

4. Slice Prime Rib to desired thickness and enjoy. Finish with coarse salt.

 

Microwave for Au Jus

1. Open pouch and pour Au Jus sauce into a microwave safe dish. Discard the plastic pouch and tray–do not use in your microwave oven.

2. Cover dish with a clean paper towel and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3. Stir the Au Jus sauce, re-cover, and microwave for an additional 1 minute.

4. Let rest for 1 minute before enjoying.
