Microwaves

Reheat the frozen halibut in the bag in the microwave at 900W for 5 minutes or 3 minutes once defrosted.

Water bath

Place the bag in the water bath at 60°C for 12 minutes for the frozen product or 20 minutes for the defrosted product.

Steam oven

Place the halibut in the steam oven for 20 minutes at 60C
