When you think of a well-defined personal style, rarely does a farmer come to mind. But Ohio-based Farmer Lee Jones has defined the modern day farmer look, pairing up his trademark jean overalls with a red bowtie.
Jones wears them every day to run The Chef’s Garden and Farmer Jones Farms in Erie County, Ohio, both of which display his love for fresh farm vegetables. Jones and his rural style will be center stage on January 26 at the National Union Building in Washington, D.C. at an event to celebrate the 7th annual International Sous Vide Day.
The day and its signature events (also being held on January 26), will be held in Bangkok, Paris and Rio de Janeiro, are mounted by with Cuisine Solutions, a leading manufacturer and distributor of sous vide foods by an international team of award-winning chefs.
