Conventional Oven
Place the chicken fillet in a conventional oven at 180°C for 15 minutes from frozen or 12 minutes from thawed. (With foil).

Microwave
Reheat the frozen chicken fillet in the bag in a 900W microwave for 5 minutes, or 3 minutes from thawed.

Steam Oven
Place the product in a steam oven for 25 minutes at 63°C.
