Cuisine Solutions honors International Sous Vide Day with Virtual Celebration

Cuisine Solutions marked the fifth International Sous Vide Day with an online event on January 26 featuring Dr. Bruno Goussault, Cuisine Solutions’ Chief Scientist, and a series of cooking demonstrations with world renowned chefs.

Gerard Bertholon, Chief Strategy Officer of Cuisine Solutions, emceed the free-to-attend digital experience.

“Today we have a great day, a beautiful celebration of sous vide all around the world. And to help us celebrate, we have four chefs who have developed some recipes to share with you,” Bertholon said in opening remarks. “It is going to be a great day for our community of sous vide whether you are a chef or cooking at home.”
