Conventional Oven
Place the chicken fillet in a conventional oven at 180°C for 14 minutes frozen or 12 minutes thawed.
Microwave
Reheat the frozen chicken fillet in the bag in a 900W microwave for 6 minutes, or 4 minutes once thawed.
Water Bath
Place the bag in a water bath at 60°C for 25 minutes frozen or 20 minutes thawed.
Steam Oven
Place the product in a steam oven for 20 minutes at 63°C.
Ready to Use
Thaw the product for 12 hours between 0°C and +4°C and serve immediately.
