  • Conventional Oven: Preheat to 350°F
    From Frozen:
    40-45 minutes
    From Thawed:
    25-30 minutes

    Water Immersion: Preheat to 140°F
    From Frozen: 50-60 minutes
    From Thawed: 40-45 minutes

    From Frozen: 10-13 minutes
    From Thawed: 5-8 minutes

  • Spoon over any fish and serve with a fresh lime and steamed rice for a Mexican “Pescado A La Veracruzana” or over pasta and fresh basil for an exceptional Puttanesca. Excellent with our Grilled Salmon and Poached Octopus.
