Sous chef in Grand Teton National Park, tournant at Vail Resorts, fishmonger in Washington DC, and private chef at Zeta Tau Alpha UMD. To name a few.

USA. My family immigrated here from Iran in the 70’s.

Favorite Cuisine:
Traditional Mexican or Sichuan

What music do you listen to when you cook?
Reggae, punk, or jam bands

What would you prepare for a romantic meal?
Homemade pizza. It’s fun to do together as well.

What’s always in your refrigerator?
I always have lemons and limes on hand

Who do you love most cooking for?
My sister and mom

If not a chef, what would you be?
A travel photographer

What’s your cocktail of choice?
I just celebrated 1.5 years of sobriety. I like Coke Zero or Tost N/A Sparkling Tea.
