Traditional oven
Place the Atlantic salmon steak in a traditional oven at 180°C for 8/10 minutes frozen or 6 minutes defrosted.
Microwaves
Reheat the frozen salmon fillet in the bag in the microwave at 900W for 4 minutes or 2 minutes once defrosted.
Water bath
Place the bag in the water bath at 60°C for 10 minutes for the frozen product or 6 minutes for the defrosted product.
